Meet Colin C. Schramm — Founder, Launching Legends

Launching Legends is a high-energy program for teens ages 13–18 in Kelowna that builds lasting confidence through classic etiquette, dress code, table manners, job interview training, cooking meals under $10, and outdoor skills. We run 24 workshops a year and reserve free spots for neurodiverse teens. Founded by Colin C. Schramm.

Colin brings over a decade of international leadership experience across Germany, Switzerland, and Canada, holding an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Marketing Communications from UBC Vancouver. His education began at Schloss Salem boarding school in Germany, one of Europe’s most respected institutions for character-based education — an experience that shaped his lifelong belief in mentorship and personal growth.

Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Colin understands firsthand the obstacles neurodivergent teens face — and the strengths that come with them. That lived experience makes him uniquely equipped to coach and connect with neurodivergent youth, turning challenges he once faced without answers into guidance he can now offer with empathy and insight.

That same drive to develop people is what led him to create Launching Legends — giving young people in Kelowna the tools, confidence, and support to launch into their own futures.
