Return & Refund Policy

Workshop Tickets

All ticket sales are final. If you’re unable to attend a scheduled session, we’re happy to issue a credit toward a future workshop or help you reschedule to another date, provided you notify us at least 7 days before your session. No cash refunds are issued.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They do not expire and can be used toward any workshop ticket, sponsorship, or future merchandise.

Sponsorships & Donations

Contributions toward “Sponsor a Teen’s Seat” go directly toward funding scholarship spots for teens who otherwise couldn’t attend. These contributions are non-refundable. Launching Legends is not currently a registered charity, so we’re unable to issue tax receipts at this time.
